endless automata

I am beginning my next bike project this week - converting my Trek 800 Sport into a heavy duty winter commuter. By the time I’m done with it, it’s going to be something like my Cross Check with giant 2 inch tires (vs 28mm) and more upright geometry. Last winter I stopped riding around December 15th and didn’t start again until about March 15th. This winter, I plan to keep riding the entire time. Hopefully more updates and assembly photos to follow.
